Gerald Posner put out 'Case Closed' in 1993, two years after William Cooper claimed that JFK was hit from the front by William Greer, the driver. No mention whatsoever in the book on this point. Not even a word about Cooper. Since then, Dan Robertson(lawyer) put out a book also stating that Greer shot JFK,but Robertson disagrees with Cooper on a few technical points. Seems that nobody wishes to side with Cooper, not even Alex Jones, with his interpretation, but then these people never worked with Naval Intelligence and never got a chance to look at the documents.
That aside, Posner, just as the Warren Report, dismisses the testimonies of the janitor Piper and Deputy Craig. Posner offers NO proof that Oswald descended to the second floor from the sixth floor(no eyewitnesses or ear-witnesses). Posner also goes on to say that nobody shot from inside the Presidential limo, even though it is a known fact, through Agent testimony, that several agents drew their pistols and an AR-15 that day. Hey Gerald, Greer shot from inside the Presidential limo!
Posner tries to place Oswald on the sixth floor by mentioning the palmprint taken from the Carcano. A palmprint which took how long to attain and Lieutenant Day will not tell us just how he got this palmprint. Of course, the FBI had to step in and confirm? Day's finding. The palmprint was not confirmed until many days later,to the press,by Wade.
Yes,these events always have their "firsts!"
Still, Posner does not tell us the exact procedure that was used to get the palmprint and if the palmprint is the final word, then why must so many pages and so much time be spent talking about any other aspect of the assassination? Why? Because they are not sure, that's why! Apparently, the work done by Day in getting the print was done in secret, even away from the FBI and not finalized until Oswald was shot dead. How convenient!
When you cannot get factual eyewitness/earwitness evidence, then you have to resort to such weird,first-of-its-kind evidence like a palmprint. A palmprint? Well,if nothing else will work!
Yes,that's the ONLY supposed hard evidence they have to link Oswald to the rifle. Anything it takes to link Oswald to the rifle. Somebody has to be shooting from that damned sixth floor! If not one person, then at least 3 or 4. How about none! How about a big distraction! An epileptic! Onlookers from outside who will say anything to get their faces and names on tv!
Supposed eyewitnesses and earwitnesses who get compromised by the FBI,the Secret Service, the Dallas Police,ad nauseum, for their faces and names, etc,to be on tv,radio and even in History Books! Big stuff! JFK assassination! To say,"I was there and this is what happened!" I'd like Posner to explain these currently found images in the Zapruder film, let alone the contention that Cooper put out in 1991. Little more than a matter of some conjured up palmprint!

And how is it that Williams didn't see or hear Oswald when Givens did, just minutes before noon? Is it because there was absolutely noone on the sixth floor at the time of the assassination? If there was someone there,it was probably a Secret Service sniper shooting a decoy distraction shot(s)!
