Testimony of Charles Givens
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rcCDyXe1Kw4
Givens either exited the elevator at roughly noon OR he had his contact with Oswald at approx. noon.
On page 250 of the Warren Report,Bonnie Ray Williams claims that he was in the sixth floor "at about noon" and that he remained there for a maximum of 12 minutes.
On page 250, Givens went for the elevator at about 11:55, so Givens must have been referring to the time that he left the elevator from the first floor, being about 12:02,taking roughly 5 minutes to take the elevator.
So,where was Oswald between 11:55 am and the time that Williams makes it to the sixth floor? These time allotments are all approximates. This is important because Williams claims that he did not run into Oswald.
We are being led to believe that after Givens left, Oswald immediately went into hiding,as if Oswald knew that Williams was on his way in. At what time did Oswald assemble the rifle to have it ready for the assassination?
Posner says that Williams split off at 12:05. Williams did not start eating till noon. Givens saw Oswald at about 11:55 am. It took Williams some time to get into the sixth floor to eat(11:55-noon). Should not Williams have seen Oswald? Should not he at least seen Givens? Williams sees noone and yet doesn't even inquire as to whether Oswald is on the sixth floor, after all Williams knew that Oswald was on either the fifth or sixth floor! Are we to believe that Oswald all of a sudden hid after Givens took off and that Williams heard nothing on the sixth floor? Givens sees Oswald but Williams sees neither? Williams should have at least stated that he heard at least one of them on the sixth floor, but he doesn't know whether LHO was on the fifth or sixth floor.
Why wouldn't he at least have said,"You in here Lee?"
What is this-see no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil?
I find it simply amazing how these people miss each other by minutes! If we go by the Givens video(above), we have Givens on the sixth floor at around 11:57 AM. Givens should have seen Williams and since Givens saw Oswald, Williams should have seen Oswald. This is not working out folks! According to Givens' testimony,it takes no longer than 5 minutes to take the elevator. Inside the TSBD,
this is the smoking gun-Williams doesn't see OR hear Oswald! Bullshit!!
Howard Brennan

The Warren Report maintains that Howard Brennan's identification is positive in one place(again page 250) and yet Brennan was NOT able to give a positive identification of Oswald on the night of the 22nd and elsewhere(145-146). Does not really sound like a very reliable witness on the outside of the building and yet, the best one they had!
Furthermore, there is no witness on the inside of the building that saw Oswald go down the stairwell to the second floor,or even mentioning hearing him do so and no witness on the inside that saw Oswald on the sixth floor just before, during or after the shots were fired. The closest we can get is the testimony of Charles Givens.
Testimony of Bonnie Ray Williams, where Williams claims that he heard Oswald yelling down to Givens, but Williams cannot recall just what floor that Oswald was on at the time-

Eddie Piper, janitor, claims to have seen Oswald on the first floor at noon, just as Oswald tells Fritz(page 182)-
http://www.history-matters.com/archive/jfk/wc/wcvols/wh6/pdf/WH6_Piper.pdf
The Report devotes one partial page to Piper(153) and says that Piper is a confused witness. On page 182, Oswald goes on to say that he bought a Coke, talked to Shelley and Jarman that day,but both deny having spoken to Oswald at lunchtime. LHO says he headed off home between 12 noon and 12:30 pm.
On pages 70-71 of the Report, Harold Norman claims that he heard the sound of the bolt action and the sound of the cartridges that hit the floor. Well, while you watch this footage, keep an eye out for the second rifle, the Carcano, and remember that,if you read more of the report, you will notice how everything that Craig says is discounted by the Report-

In this testimony of Deputy Sheriff Luke Mooney, Mooney claims that the cartridges, at least two of them, no longer seem to appear as they did on the 22nd of November. Was Roger Craig right about the cartridge positions?
